Web design and development

Sites built from scratch around your structure, your speed and your search visibility. A landing page starts at $500; a corporate site runs $2,000 to $6,000; a store with a catalogue and payments, $4,000 to $15,000.

What the work covers

Designed, not assembled

A $600 site is usually a WordPress template configured in an afternoon. It works for a month. Then come the slow loads, the plugin that breaks on update, and a design a thousand other businesses also bought. We design the structure before anyone opens an editor.

Speed treated as a feature

Performance is decided by the build, not by a plugin installed afterwards. Sites ship fast on a phone on mobile data, which is where most of your visitors actually are and where a slow site quietly loses them.

Technical SEO from the first line

Crawlable markup, one clear title and description per page, structured data, a sitemap that matches reality. Retrofitting this onto a finished site costs more than doing it during the build, and it never comes out as clean.

You can update it without us

Content you need to change often goes somewhere you can reach. A site you have to email an agency about every time a price changes is a site that slowly goes out of date.

What it costs

Ranges, not quotes. The number moves with scope, and you get a fixed figure in writing after the scoping call — before anyone commits.

How it runs

  1. 01

    What the site is for

Who visits, what you need them to do, and how you will know it worked. A site with no defined action is a brochure, and brochures are cheaper.

  2. 02

    Structure before design

Which pages exist, what hierarchy they follow, where the call to action sits. Agreed on paper while it is still free to change.

  3. 03

    Design and build

Design, then development with performance and SEO handled as the site goes up rather than bolted on at the end.

  4. 04

    Launch and handover

Analytics, Search Console, sitemap submitted, and a walkthrough of how to edit what you will need to edit.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a professional website cost?

A landing page runs $500 to $2,000, a corporate site with several pages and a blog $2,000 to $6,000, an online store $4,000 to $15,000, and a custom platform upward of $15,000. Three studios quoting $600, $3,500 and $12,000 are not competing on the same product — they are selling different things.

Why is one quote $600 and another $6,000?

The $600 site is a template configured quickly. The $6,000 site is structure, design, performance and SEO built for your business. For a small temporary project the template is a reasonable choice. If the site is a sales channel, the difference shows up in how many people arrive and how many buy.

What are the recurring costs?

A domain is $10 to $15 a year and hosting runs from free on modern platforms to a few dollars a month for most business sites. Anything beyond that — maintenance, content, campaigns — is optional and should be quoted separately rather than hidden in a monthly fee.

How long does it take?

One to two weeks for a landing page, three to six for a corporate site, six to twelve for a store or platform. The delay in practice is almost never development; it is waiting on content and approvals.

Do I own the site?

Yes. Code, domain and hosting accounts are in your name and transfer at the end. You should never need our permission to keep your own website running.
